a stay with mixed impressions
maintained grounds on-site museum poor service stressful transfers
the grounds were maintained well. the resort looks nice to walk around, for example visiting the garden. there is a museum on site. the hotel charged for breakfast but if you want anything from a la carte you have to pay.
the concierge service caused major disappointment. i was misinformed regarding airport transfers. this led to unnecessary stress. also, food quality was poor across all the restaurants i tried. dishes seemed bland. it was not what i would hope for.

i appreciated the helpful gym staff. mana helped me with stretching, a great help. we stayed in the rimba. our room opened up to one of the pools. the food was amazing.
